You may wish to come for a consultation with a specific person, but we cannot guarantee it.
There is always a supervising specialist doctor who can be called in for the consultation if needed.
Some consultations are more extensive and cannot be offered on the same day. They must be booked as scheduled appointments and can be booked online or arranged with the secretary.
This applies to: Child examinations, pregnancy examinations, follow-ups, certificates from municipalities and insurance companies, agreed-upon therapy and annual check-ups for chronic diseases.
Open consultation (every day from 11.30-12.00)
In case of an urgent need, you can come in for an open consultation every day between 11:30 - 12:00 without an appointment. This applies to acute illnesses such as cough, fever, sore throat and eye infections, etc.
We ask that you wear a mask when coughing to avoid infection in the waiting room.

Preventive consultations
All preventive consultations, such as annual check-ups for chronic conditions, child examinations, vaccinations, pregnancy examinations, certification work, etc., must be booked in advance, as they require more time.
Blood tests
We are open for blood tests every day from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., we have available times from day to day, but in order to coordinate our other tasks, please make an appointment in advance.
It is a prerequisite that you have a prior agreement that blood tests must be taken so that they are ordered in the system.
If you need to have blood tests taken at one of the Capital Region laboratories, click here . This still requires prior medical consultation.
Cancellation
If you cannot make your appointment, please write to us on min læge app.
Your cancellation means that another patient can benefit from your time.
Referrals to specialists
You can find relevant specialists via this link . Consultation requires a prior referral from your own doctor. Renewal of referral can only take place through a consultation.
A referral must be activated within 6 months, otherwise it is considered outdated and must be renewed by your doctor.
Blood tests results:
In the clinic, we can take urgent blood tests and get answers in a few minutes on infection rates, blood pressure and blood sugar.
Other blood test and swab results must be agreed upon in consultation with the doctor, how the test results will be provided. This can be at a follow-up appointment, email or video consultation.

If you are driving, please note that the parking spaces marked "Vesterbrofamilielæge" are not for patients , but only for staff. Even if the spaces are not occupied, parking is not permitted here. Parkzone supervises the spaces and frequently visits the area to issue fines.

Reviews of us
We want to provide the best possible treatment within the framework available. If a consultation has sometimes gone wrong, we want you to engage in dialogue with us and mention it to us. That way we have the opportunity to correct it rather than receiving a bad review.
